1)
If you need a purchase loan or a refinance, please call or
email me with the following information:
-- Your name and contact info
-- What financing you need
-- Your credit score
2) We have a conversation, so I get a clear picture of what
would work best for you.
3) I provide you with a Good Faith Estimate,
Truth-in-Lending form, and Guarantee that my lender fees
will not vary by more than 10 percent.
-- I do not pull a credit report, unless you don't know
your score and would like to purchase one.
-- I give you the best offer right up front. No haggling,
because I've already negotiated discounts with wholesale
lenders!
-- I fully disclose everything, including my Yield Spread
Premium.
4) You choose: Retail, Wholesale, or Below-wholesale
interest rate? (You can buy down your rate to
below-wholesale.)
-- We can discuss the advantage of each, and then you
decide, based on how much you want to spend and how long
you plan to stay in the home.
5) When you're ready to proceed, I take an application and
collect the paperwork needed. We transfer information by
email, fax, or USPS mail. You will sign the final paperwork
with an escrow company (West) or attorney (East) in your
own area, so you have a neutral party going over each page
with you, in person, as required by law.

Carolyn's note: Rick works for
