Are you having a hard time getting a Good Faith Estimate?
Are lenders demanding your social security number before
they provide you with a written cost estimate? Warning:
Don't let a loan officer pull your credit report before
you've seen the cost of the loan. How do you know you want
to use their services without first seeing the pricing? Too
many credit pulls don't look good; in fact, if half a dozen
lenders pull your credit, that is considered a "red flag"
in underwriting.
